Are you a Florida resident looking for nursing school grants?
If yes, you may be eligible for a number of state grants and scholarships for nursing school offered to residents. There are grants available to finance your Jacksonville University online nursing school education. View a complete list along with eligibility requirements on the Florida Department of Education’s website.
Two available nursing school grants are the Florida Student Assistance Grant (FSAG) program and the William L. Boyd, IV, Florida Resident Access Grant (FRAG). Jacksonville University is designated as an eligible, participating Florida institution for both of these programs.
The Florida Student Assistance Grant program is need-based aid that encompasses three separately funded programs. The Florida Private Student Assistance Grant is the financial aid program open to Jacksonville University students within FSAG.
The Florida Resident Access Grant provides tuition assistance to students attending eligible private, non-profit Florida universities like JU.
Financial need for these grants is demonstrated when you complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). If you do not wish to complete a FAFSA, you may apply by downloading the Florida Resident Grant Application from Jacksonville’s financial aid office.
