From the Dean
Dear Future Student:
I am very proud of the online nursing degree programs offered through Jacksonville University’s School of Nursing. As the Dean and part of the teaching faculty, I can truly say we are all committed to offering quality nursing education to RNs across the United States. Providing our courses online opens doors for working registered nurses to continue their education without interrupting family and career obligations. While no campus attendance is required, our online students receive the same quality education and degree as campus-based students. Many JU students have successfully completed JU’s online RN to BSN program since 2001 and have continued their education in our online MSN programs.
Jacksonville University’s faculty has experience teaching in the online classroom. Much of the course content is brought to you by doctoral-trained JU faculty members who are experts in teaching the online adult student. They know how to effectively use online office hours, discussion boards and email to maintain close contact with students and promote their success.
The Jacksonville nursing degree programs are committed to graduating nurses who are self-assured, competent professionals who can practice in the global community. We prepare nurses to make compassionate, sound decisions regarding care to individuals, families and communities in a culturally diverse society.
I invite you to contact a University Alliance program representative toll-free at 855-300-1472 to learn more about how the Jacksonville University CCNE-accredited online BSN and MSN programs can be a part of your professional future.
